For lump-sum payments
- Invoices for confirmed monthly charges are issued on the 1st of the following month (closing at month-end), and notification is sent by email and SMS by the 3rd.
- Payment methods include convenience store payment (convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and automatic bank withdrawal.
- Payment due dates: For convenience store and bank transfer payments, the deadline is the 10th. For automatic bank withdrawal, the deduction is on the 12th. However, for January and May, the date may be the 20th.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee applies to each monthly payment. For convenience store payments: ¥356 (tax included). For bank transfers, the transfer fee is borne by the customer. No payment fee applies for automatic bank withdrawal.
- For installment payments Payment begins from the second month after the application (usage) date.
- Payment statements can be confirmed on MyPaidy or the monthly invoice.
Product Delivery Period
After purchase and payment confirmation, products will be shipped within 3-7 business days. For products marked as "presale" or "pre-order," shipping will occur within 3 business days after production is completed.
If presale/pre-order products and regular products are ordered together, all items will be shipped together after the presale/pre-order products arrive.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellation (Order Cancellation)
As orders are automatically processed after placement, cancellations are generally not accepted. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Orders containing products marked as "presale" or "pre-order" cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Customers wishing to return products should submit a return/exchange request through the "Contact Form." After your request is received, we will provide instructions for the return/exchange process. However, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases. Please understand this in advance.
Please note that return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Conditions Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- If a return/exchange request is not submitted within 3 days of product arrival
- If the return/exchange is requested for customer convenience
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, or soiling
- If product tags or accessories are missing
- If the product is returned by a method other than the one specified by us
- Products sold under special conditions such as coupons
- Orders where "non-returnable" is stated on the product page or campaign page (*1)
- Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other products that come in direct contact with the skin without undergarments

* We cannot accept cancellations due to extended absence or delivery refusal after shipment.
* In cases of extended absence or delivery refusal, re-shipping costs and labor expenses will be charged.
* If a product is not received due to extended absence or delivery refusal, it will be returned to the carrier and stored for a limited period. If not claimed within the deadline, it may be disposed of. We bear no responsibility if a product is disposed of due to extended absence or delivery refusal.
Special Terms for International Sales
For international orders, if a product cannot be delivered due to non-submission of information required for customs procedures in the receiving country (personal ID number, etc.) or non-payment of customs duties, it will be treated as a cancellation at the customer's convenience, and no refund of the product price or shipping fees will be issued. Please understand this in advance.
If a defective or incorrect product is delivered
We will handle it through a return or product exchange. Please submit your return/exchange request through the "Contact Form." After your request is received, we will provide instructions for the return/exchange process. However, please note that returns/exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases.
