① Shipping & Delivery Information

After purchase and payment confirmation, products will be shipped within [3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays].

* The day of order placement is not included. Please note this.
* For products marked as "Pre-order," shipping will occur once the product is completed.
* Depending on the timing of your order, our confirmation may carry over to the next business day. Please understand this in advance.

* The above period is based on business days. After shipment is complete, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

* Shipping may be delayed due to warehouse congestion or carrier circumstances.

For domestic orders (Japan) under ¥10,000, a shipping fee of ¥800 applies. Free shipping for orders ¥10,000 and above.

Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture is a flat rate of ¥2,500.

For all countries outside Japan, shipping is $20 for orders under ¥15,000, and free shipping for orders ¥15,000 and above.

The shipping carrier cannot be selected. Please understand this in advance.
