Article 4 [Purchase of Products]

Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]

Purchasers shall promptly notify the Operator if any or all of the information provided at the time of purchase, such as name, address, or other registered details, changes. The Operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from failure to update registration. Even if registration is updated, transactions already processed before the update will be based on the pre-update information.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

• The payment amount for products shall be the total of the product sales price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling fees.
• Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be limited to payment by credit card in the Purchaser's own name, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other payment methods designated by the Operator.
• For credit card payments, Purchasers shall comply with the terms separately contracted with the credit card company. Any disputes arising in connection with credit card usage shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the credit card company at their own responsibility.
• For payment methods designated by this Service where the Purchaser separately contracts with the payment company (including but not limited to agreement to the payment method's terms), the Purchaser shall comply with the terms contracted with the payment company. Any disputes arising in connection with the payment method shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the payment company at their own responsibility.

Article 7 [Product Returns]

The Operator shall handle product returns from Purchasers in accordance with the "Special Terms Regarding Returns" in the [Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act] posted on the website.

Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]

The Operator shall handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by the Operator.

Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]

The following acts are prohibited for Users and Purchasers in connection with the use of this Service:

1. Acts that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or the Operator
2. Acts that infringe or may infringe upon intellectual property rights such as copyrights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other rights of third parties or the Operator
3. Acts contrary to public order and morals or acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations
4. Use of Content obtained through this Service by Users or Purchasers outside the scope of private use
5. Reproduction, sale, publication, distribution, or disclosure of Content obtained through this Service through other Users or third parties, and similar acts
6. Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service and other services provided by the Operator
7. Acts that the Operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate, such as damaging the Operator's credibility

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

1. The Operator bears no responsibility for damages incurred by third parties due to Users' or Purchasers' violation of these Terms.
2. The Operator makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the content of this Service or information obtained by Users or Purchasers through this Service.
3. Even if content disclosed or posted in this Service regarding products contains false or misleading information, the Operator bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disadvantages incurred by Users or Purchasers.
4. The Operator bears no responsibility for defects in quality, materials, functions, performance, compatibility with other products, or other defects of products sold through this Service, or for damages, losses, or disadvantages resulting therefrom.
5. If a Purchaser fails to accept or refuses to accept a product, if acceptance is impossible due to extended absence, if the delivery address is unknown, or if the product cannot be received for any other reason at the Purchaser's convenience, the Operator shall be released from the obligation to deliver the product by contacting the registered contact information and delivering the product to the specified delivery address.

Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights]

The governing law for these Terms shall be the laws of Japan in all respects.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]

If any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Operator may determine its interpretation within a reasonable scope. The parties agree in advance that the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for all disputes relating to these Terms.
