About Pre-Order and Presale Products

Pre-order and Presale products will be shipped sequentially after production is completed.

If you order regular and pre-order products at the same time, we may ship all items together once they are ready. If you need them urgently, we recommend placing separate orders.

Even if it is not a pre-order product, delays may occur without notice due to manufacturer circumstances.
